I like ActivTrax it’s good for someone with little or no experience with working out. I have not been able to do a lot of the classes due to my work schedule. But the one I have done I really enjoyed them and the instructors.

I like the class choices available and the fact that most all of them can be altered in a way to allow anyone to participate regardless of age or physical limitations. Morning, afternoon and evening classes are offered so everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of the offerings at the YMCA.
