I am very happy with the job 5-Star did. Customer service from JP and Terran was great and pricing reasonable. JP provided the cost estimate for the full project on site at the 1st meeting which I greatly appreciated. Terran stopped by 1-2x daily to assure the project was on schedule and help troubleshoot a complication with one wall which added some time to completion. They did stay until 8pm the last day so the job could be completed.
The crew did a great job, very courteous and meticulous. My only issue although small—the job didn’t get fully underway until the 2nd day as they had to wrap up another job in the afternoon. Even so, Terran made sure I knew what was going on. A little patience goes a long way! Definitely recommend 5-Star.
We had most of our downstairs painted by Five Star Painting. We are very pleased with the work that they did. Our painters Joel and Carlos were very respectful and efficient. We estimated the job would take 5 days and they finished in 3. They were reasonably priced and very easy to work with! We will use again.
Flexibility of scheduling and texting option with sales representative and project manager, as well as the professionalism and discount deal that was running, really won out over others.
The whole team was incredibly helpful as we were on a huge time crunch AND ended up having a sick kid during all the work.
They made a less than preferable situation manageable and we are very thankful for that!
The promptness of scheduling to come to my home.....came out the next week after estimate.
Also, completed the job within the two days as quoted.
The painters spoke English and was easy to communicate.
The project manager was fantastic! She caught some places that didn't meet her expectations and had the painters redo.
All employees including estimator, project manager, and painters were very professional and friendly.
Definitely would recommend to others......as a matter of fact, have already recommended to my daughter.
PROFESSIONALISM all the way - from the estimator (JP Ortiz) to the scheduler (Cristina) to the on-site manager (Christin) - everyone made me feel like I was their main priority. I was pleased that Christin was on-site at both the beginning of the Saturday project to review with me and the painters what was to be done and then came back at the end of the project to ensure all was satisfactory. I was most impressed by Christin calling her supervisor before leaving the project to have him inquire about my experience and overall satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with on the Five Star team was friendly and efficient!
Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and we received quick responses. We appreciated being able to get an estimate on a Saturday. The painter did a great job and the whole procedure was very thorough!
We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. Our initial estimator did a great job explaining things to us, asking questions -- not hard selling us, but just letting us know what services were available for us to choose from. Just prior to doing the work, we had a couple more additions. Our initial walkthrough with the project manager was helpful, making sure everyone was on the same page on expectations.
Our final walkthrough after the work was done, I found a few things, small details that were completely understandable, and they just came right in behind and corrected those issues.
Very reasonably priced ( I told my wife we're never painting another room ourselves), nice work, good cleanup, and good communication.
