Always an enjoyable experience. However, this visit was only for the complimentary neck trim and eyebrows. Sophia was super nice and explained that if she checked the rest of my haircut from two weeks ago, then she had to charge me for a complete hair cut at $33. I agreed but wasn't happy. So, I paid $33 plus tip (it wasn't Sophia's fault) to have my neck trimmed, eyebrows trimmed, and a quick once-over with scissors to make my hair look the best it can be for my trip to DC. Again, I agreed but I wasn't happy to have this happen. So, what should have cost me $5 - $10 (that's what I tip for this service) for the complimentary service, cost me $33 + $7 and I really didn't receive any different service - you really can't consider the scissor quick trim as a haircut. Really disappointed...

I feel a good hair stylus is right up there with finding a good mechanic. I've been seeing my Stylus Sophia at the Oviedo location near the aldis for 3 1/2 years. I go to her religiously every 7 weeks. She makes me feel good and leave looking like a million bucks! I so appreciate working with Sophia! I really look forward to my 7 week visit with Sophia! I’ve taken my grandson to Sports clips in Oviedo for the past several months. Capri did his first cut— and now he won’t go to anyone else. Capri is an exceptional stylist and is very detailed. My grandson always comes out looking very handsome with a great cut! The products that Capri has recommended our quality products and effective in styling his hair.

Raquel was amazing! She was really friendly and we had a nice conversation. She went the extra mile by trimming my eyebrows as well. Next time I get a haircut will be the first time I ever request a specific stylist.

Cut was great, your prices were way too high for 2 simple men’s cuts. Stop gouging and I would return, until then I don’t recommend.

I know I am probably really in the minority here for people that this bothers - but - I am pretty sensitive to the smell of cigarettes... and it's very frustrating when the stylist smells like cigarettes... can smell it on their fingers and breath when they've been smoking then it gets transferred to hair and... it's just not pleasant for folks with sensory issues or high smell sensitivities. My stylist was nice - but definitely smoked and I noticed it early in the haircut. I don't honestly know a solution that is fair to them and the customer - but - I'm getting more and more discouraged from coming in for hair cuts when this has happened numerous times with different stylists.
