Not consistent with all barbers. It took me finding Penny to make things right from my first messed up haircut. Penny sat me down and actually cut it the way it should have been done the first time. If it wasnt for Penny I wouldn't have come back to sport clips EVER. Penny is definetly an All star employee.

Eloy is great. His attention to detail is excellent and there's never a rush. Keep up the MVPs. I'm happy with his work, and the facility and products. Just wish you had an Espresso Machine.

IVE BEEN GOING TO SOPHIA , MY STYLIST IN OVIEDO FOR 3 YEARS. SHE IS THE BEST!- IVE HAD MY HAIR CUT BY MANY PEOPLE OVER MY 67 YEARS. NO ONE COMES IN A CLOSE SECOND! SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY SKILLED IN HER JOB. MY HAIR CARE AND BEARD TRIM ARE VERY IMPORTANT TOME. I HOPE SHE DOESNT RETIRE FOR A LONG LONG TIME. The only issue I have with Sports Clips is how you handle someone that wants a specific stylist. I feel penalized (my time) when I want a specific stylist. This is a big deal to me, I can't set an appointment, and I have to see those that don't select a stylist get in front of me with the Stylist I requested. This is not good Customer Service, and if I wasn't happy with my Stylist I would go somewhere else because of this.
