Our tank was down to 15%. The grandkids were coming for the weekend and we wanted to heat the pool. I called on a Wednesday and was given a delivery date for the following week. On Friday there was a delivery truck at the neighbor's house. I explained the situation to the driver and his response was "No problem. I can take care of that. Let me make a call." Thanks to him the pool was ready!
Just an observation: seems like rather than automatically going on the list for next week there would be a way to tell the truck was going to be on the same street that week. I get delivery sooner, and it avoids an additional trip.
Propane was delivered to our house by mistake instead of the house next door. I did not realize the mistake until I saw the ticket that was left for me. The neighbor's name was on the invoice and he was going to be billed for the gas that we received. Went to the office the next day and the people were lovely in regard to correcting the mistake. They billed me - not the neighbor - and promised to deliver to the neighbor the next day.
I called the office about the "TOP-UP" dicount offer and had great service.
A few days later, our tank was quietly topped off and the receipt copy placed in our mailbox. We are now all set for the next heating season.
