I was not home when my tank was filled this week. However, every time I have requested service, information, etc I have found the person I was interacting with to be kind, courteous, and knowledgeable in answering every question. FYI... I have been a Flame customer for 21 years.
I have been with them for 20 years and never had a problem until Flame Propane went to their new company AmeriGas. When they took over they started adding taxes. They started charging the city of Prescott another tax. My question is why did AmeriGas start charging the city sales tax? Id like to know if they paid the tax or if they take it from the people and keep it. Never got an answer.
pricing and service were very good, however the driver did not leave any paperwork that showed how much fuel was delivered nor any indication of pricing. I presume your truck is equipped with a meter system that quantifies the fuel quantity and guarantees an accurate delivery. Perhaps it is your procedure to mail the delivery form to the customer but to date I have not received such form. Because the charges are on a autopay basis I am requesting the delivery information to establish costs for my records.
