I was ready to cancel my account with Amerigas as their service sank to the point where they would not answer the phone. I finally got in contact with Toni at the Lake Havesu location who immediately took action, was able to have a delivery the very next day and followed up to ensure that the delivery was indeed made and that I was satisfied. I understand that the original office had some type of personnel issues, however, I would have expected the corporate office take action to ensure their clients were not rudely disconnected without an option of leaving a message or being advised as to when service would be restored. After contact was made, the servicing office was empathetic and has handled my account efficiently. I sincerely hope that these issues will be resolved in the near future and future issues will not necessitate the contacting of another office. That said, I wish to thank Toni for taking charge and restoring my confidence in Amerigas. Kudos!
The driver was VERY impressive. Even though I live on a 10 acre parcel, he was concerned about driving in the grassy areas and decided to run his hose from the gravel drive area. I appreciated that since many delivery persons will go where it is easiest for them, not for me.
I was also impressed that the local office contacted me directly in response to an email I sent regarding scheduling a service appointment. My experience with many companies is that I either get an automated email response or simply a nameless email. This call was a true example of customer service and concern with my needs.
