Your full, quality service personnel are excellent. Each customer is treated as if they are the only person in the shop.
NOW, it would be good to have a check in person at the desk, or more than just 2 qualified service staff to wait on people. I had to wait over an hour and a half, and I know that some potential customers walked out after waiting for some time. Some customers came in just to purchase clothing items.
I realize your qualified service persons had a computer check in system, but when they where busy waiting on customers they were unable to check in folks coming through the door to be checked in.
Otherwise, once I was waited on my experience was outstanding. Jim fitted me with the perfect shoe for my feet.

We really like the sales associate we have had 3 times. She (Faith) is very friendly, helpful and knows her stuff. We like that your store has the digital foot analysis now and that it accurately helps our family get fitted for the shoes that are right for us. We also like the variety of shoes that we have to choose from. We have recommended your store to several others in the past few years.
I recently decided to get into running, but after my runs, I’d have considerable pain on the edge of my right foot. This is an issue I’ve had for years with any kind of cardio workout. After reading online about their 3D foot scanning technology, I decided to give Fleet Feet a shot. Let me tell you, I learned SO much about my feet today! Using the scan, Lisa was able to figure out that my right foot is wider across the ball and instep than my left, and too-narrow shoes were probably causing the pain. I also learned that I have very narrow heels, which can cause them to slip and blister. The scan and all of the information were also sent to my e-mail for me to refer back to in the future. The program recommended a list of shoes for me, and Lisa brought a few out, focusing on the brands she knew ran a bit wider. With her help and expertise, we were able to find a style that was a perfect fit for me. She even taught me some things to look for when out shopping for shoes to make sure they won’t cause pain in the problem area. The icing on the cake is the reassurance that if these shoes don’t work out, I can come back within 60 days to return or exchange them. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience and I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next pair of shoes!
