I loved how all 4 employees were engaged with their customers. Kaelin was very helpful in explaining what products they had to offer, He listened to what I needed and was looking for and explained how the images helped us to know what kind of shoe I would need. He was very professional, pleasant and I enjoyed working with him.
This was the first time I ever stepped foot into this place, I bought the perfect pair of shoes and insoles for my feet!
I left there in my new shoes.

I like that there are a lot of options to choose from. I like that you have knowledgeable staff to evaluate my feet and make good suggestions as to the type and brand of shoe. I especially appreciate the man who worked with me - he was respectful and engaging and made my first experience at Fleet Feet a pleasant one. I will be back.

The young gentleman that helped us at the the store on Tesson ferry. I believe his name was Kaelin. Super nice, very knowledgeable, personable, and a breathe of fresh air for where this world is now. Was very polite, greeted every customer with respect and the passion to help them get what they want. The area managers need to see this to know what an asset he is to the company.
