I've been buying shoes from Fleet Feet for more than a decade and I realize that Covid has affected every business, customer services and more. However, all associates at Fleet Feet should be fully trained in the same methodology. The associate who waited on us had very limited training OR didn't choose to use it. Pleasant, somewhat helpful but not customer service oriented. For example: "this is all we have in stock"; it would have been better to say "this is all we have in stock, we don't special order, and we only receive two shipments a year". That would have been helpful.
We called to make sure you were open, no one mentioned we should make an appointment.
I'd planned to buy shoes for myself and my granddaughter. I did buy shoes for myself but not for her. I didn't feel the 'fitting' was adequate or the timing was off.
I like the very personalized service and their new computer scanner that told me more about my feet than I wanted to know. I buy all my Tennis shoes/walking shoes here. They are hands on and really know how to find what you are looking for.
