Staff know the products really well, can answer all kinds of questions, and are friendly and helpful but not pushy. Love the addition of Wright Socks the the Fleet Feet inventory - local, eco-friendly, great for blister prevention. (They are the only socks I run in - so I’m happy that now I can get them at Fleet Feet!)
Aleks, your associate in Chapel Hill, was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful. I purchased my first pair of Hokas for my plantar fasciitis and have happier feet. I will return and recommend your store. Please thank Aleks for a job well done.
I like the time and attention paid to selecting the right shoe for each customer. I've been buying my exercise shoes exclusively from Fleetfeet for more than 20 years (the store was on Main Street, next to what became Tyler's Taproom) and have always been impressed with the care staff has taken with every purchase I've made. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
A careful evaluation of the specific needs for a running shoe for each individual. I recommend to friends who are just beginning to run that they first go to Fleet Feet for a careful evaluation of their shoe needs before they start. I've used Fleet Feet for my running shoes for decades now, even if I know what shoe I need.
I walked i to the Fleet Feet store in Chapel Hill yesterday hoping to get some advice on buying a shoe to help my Morton's neuroma. In short, I needed a show that has a thick sole and comes in double wide, size 12. I was waited on by Dominique. He quickly showed me a HOKA One One that fit my needs perfectly. Without hesitation, he also said that the store just happened to have one pair of those shoes that I needed. How did he even know that, unless he has memorized the store's shoe inventory? I bought those shoes, and I am so happy. Thank you, Dominique.
