I bought new running shoes this week and the woman who sold me the shoes was great--very helpful. However, I will say that my husband had to convince me to return to Fleet Feet. The last two times I visited, I felt like the invisible older woman. Both times I waited for service and both times I was told I would be next and then saw younger people who arrived after I did receive service first. I left in frustration.
Prior to these experiences, I had always shopped for shoes at your store. A friend of mine (also an older gray-haired woman) decided to start running and I suggested she go to Fleet Feet for shoes. She did but said she could not get noticed or served and so she left. She did not want to return. And then I had my two experiences of invisibility.
So perhaps you could remind your very young staff to be sure to notice everyone during busy times. Maybe even keep an eye out for gray-haired women...we are runners, too. Thanks for listening.
The customer service is exceptional. When you purchase a product for your running needs, Fleet Feet employees make sure all your questions are fully answered. They also stand by their products making sure that if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return, exchange or try a new product.
They offer unbelievable running classes.
You guys have the greatest customer service and knowledge and friendly staff. I had a pair if Hokas that had a partial tear on the outer sole and you just gave me a new pair. Awesome! I will and have recommended you to others
