I recently walked to my local Fleet Feet in Carrboro with my two pups. It was about 97 degrees. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the shoe I wanted in my size. They did. They offered to take my money at the door. When my dogs and I arrived, they invited us in and gave my panting pups a bowl of water as they rang me up so they could cool down in the AC. It was so nice and thoughtful. This is why I love my fleet feet and supporting them! Especially during these crazy times.
Love the shoes. Love knowing what exactly my feet needed. I do feel that the salesman knew what he was doing however I felt I was a bother to his day. Almost like he didn’t care that I was there. I purchased 2 pair of shoes. One for myself and another for the friend who recommended I come to this particular store. I did tell my friend of my experience and he felt bad that I was treated this way. I would have purchased a third pair of shoes but like I said I felt it was time for me to leave.
The customer experience is awesome. Blake provided the best service I have had in a long time He was very thorough with providing shoes that fit and are comfortable. I will be back in the future for shoes and running apparel.
I am impressed by the personal attention the sales person provides as well as their knowledge of how to fit sneakers . Blake helped my daughter on our recent visit to the Chapel Hill store . He was patient and had a sense of humor . Most importantly he knew the attributes of each sneaker brand . Of course , the technology that Fleet Feet offers during the fitting process is awesome !
