Biggest complaint is you don’t carry my size of shoe, an 8.5. That said, I tried a size 9 of a particular shoe designed for trail running and decided to order that shoe in my size. Your sales associate Mimi was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the process of ordering online and was able to assist me through what is a crazy and difficult process basically because your software program to order and use reward points sucks. I was able to purchase the shoes but NOT able to use my reward points, not cool. So now I have plenty of reward points to spend on shoes that are not my size. Seriously, THE only reason I would consider coming back to your store is that Mimi was so nice and really wanted to help me. You have work to do to keep my business.
The service I received was incredible. I regrettably forget the employee’s name, but it was the Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC on October 31. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with the service and products I bought.
The staff at Fleet Feet in Carrboro go above and beyond to make sure that I am in the correct shoes. I was in a boot and had a hard time finding the right shoes after I came out of the boot. Pam, Hannah and Shaun were all very kind and helpful making sure I got the best shoes and orthotics. Thank you! I will continue to recommend Fleet Feet to family and friends. I liked the personal service I got from Sean regarding shoes for my sensitive feet. He was super professional and answered all my questions. No rushing or trying to make a sale, just wanted to find shoes that were comfortable.
Great customer service. The return policy makes me comfortable buying from you. It helps so much when you are trying to find running shoes that work best for you and your body. The training programs are amazing as is the rewards program. I love Fleet Feet.
