I have had many feet surgeries and have had trouble finding a sneaker that doesn’t give me blisters and that my doctors approve of and Hoko fills both needs. You also were great both 2 years ago and just recently to help find that fit.
I love the products - I love that I can get anything I need here including training. Which leads me to what I like the most! The community. I’ll be honest, I’m a woman of color and while Carrboro and Chapel Hill are progressive and multicultural, and while I am a professional woman I do not often feel like I have a place here. But that’s not true at Fleet Feet. The sense of community brings me to tears. When I walk in and people call me by name or speak to me warmly, it’s beautiful. Fleet Feet is like family. I’m training for my first ever half marathon because Aubrey made me believe that I could. She talked me past the fear of my injury and believed in me. She didn’t rush me through small talk for a sale. She listened. Hannah remembered my name after meeting once and always asks caring and thoughtful questions. And Nora!! I can’t sing her praises enough. She misses me when I over sleep and miss a group run, she helped me try on way too many pair of recovery shoes before making a decision. The staff are just amazing people and the friends I’ve made in the running community (that Fleet Feet made possible) fills my heart with joy. Thank you Fleet Feet. Your products are fantastic and from reputable brands but your heart makes me a life long patron. Thank you!!
Cameron went above and beyond to help me find the right sneakers for a young lady with Down Syndrome who could not provide feedback about the shoes.the child was very happy that Cameron found Caroluna blue shoes for her!
