Everything went very smoothly. I called my order in & paid for it while on the phone. When I went to pick it up the salesman brought it right to my car. It was awesome. Couldn't ask for better service!!!

Bill was awesome. He’s been a rockstar through the whole pandemic and has been able to shift from handling online/phone orders to curbside to in-store appointments with ease. The process was easy and felt safe and responsible- two huge criteria for us in this stressful time.
Made an appointment online as instructed. Place was set up to deal with social distancing and all the other CDC protocols. Obviously a lot of thought has gone into setting up the process. Including reducing the number of shoes on the wall to discourage handling items which would then have to be disinfected. There were only two clients shopping and three store employees. The third employee was at the door to keep out people without an appointment.
The team really knows what they are doing and spend the time needed to make sure we had the right fit shoe. In addition, we went during Phase 2 of re-opening and felt very safe and comfortable in the store.
