Fleet Feet did an on site sale at my place of employment. They did not have the shoes my husband and I needed in stock, they ordered them that day and offered to bring them up to my job when the order came in. Fleet Feet has very friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure their customers get the shoes that are best for them.
The associate who helped us (I don't remember her name, I feel so bad!) was A-MAZING. She helped us out every step of the way and we are beyond pleased with the products we purchased (one pair of shoes and two pairs of inserts). My boyfriend has had much less foot pain over the last week. Can't say enough good things about our experience!
I’ve been to Fleet Feet before, and this was my first time using the Fit ID system, which was super quick and easy. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable about what made each shoe unique that he selected for me to try. Fleet Feet always has well-informed staff that are able to help you pick the correct shoe for you, not like other stores where you try to find one that’s “cute” and “fits okay.” I’ve recommended Fleet Feet to many people, and I will continue to do so.
No call back after I called in to check on using my store credit on some shoes. I called again after a week and Found out my money could not be refunded due to being an in-store credit. I was offered the in-store credit when a pair of new shoes made my toe bleed and I returned them. My impression was they could order any shoes but that isn’t the case. Fleet Feet apparently does not order from Newton anymore so I couldn’t get the shoes I wanted. That’s when I became interested in a refund. I went in and bought shoes and socks to deplete the funds in the account. I think my money should’ve been refunded.
