Thank you for making it a wonderful experience for my husband and me- we have been coming to Feet Fleet to the Sacramento location in the past 2.5 years. We have never been disappointed.
Yesterday, Leigh was very professional, helpful and friendly in showing us our new walking shoes to replace our worn out Fleet feet shoes. Our experiences with all the employees has been wonderful. All have been patient and friendly.
I really appreciated the contact I had with Diane. She was really listening, looked at my walk barefoot which was really important because of serious changes in my feet and new needs.
I have been with this store since 1976.
The variety of choices are good. You need to bring in some quality orthotics.
I think the store is getting a little crowded.
Purchased shoes and the service was beyond expectation: professional, qualified, friendly, although, not always prompt. The reason for the delay is that each customer is given a complete commitment to their needs, which requires time and attention from the sales person. Parking in the mid-town location is difficult but if you devote the time (and effort) you will be rewarded by a store with high quality merchandise and top-tier employees.
Customer service was excellent in finding me exactly the sort of shoe I was looking for. I knew what I wanted when I walked in, but they helped me to drill that down into the specifics to find the right shoe.
I had a very good experience last week with Fleet Feet service. The first employee, Bre(a)ndon, was very helpful in scanning my feet, explaining the results and giving me several options of shoes to try on. I ended up purchasing the Hoka Cavu 2s, but did not like them after running in them for a few miles. When I brought them back, the other employee (I don't remember his name, but he spoke with a German-like accent) brought out the previous shoes that I had also liked as well as a few other good options.
I ended up purchasing the New Balance Beacons and fell smack in love with them on my first run. They're like a mix of the Clifton's soft sole and the lightness of the Zante series. Great for tempo and marathon pace runs. I've never exchanged a pair of shoes after running in them outside the store. That's an extremely generous deal and I will be sure to shop at Fleet Feet more often!
I loved that I was about to get so much information about my feet and the differences between the shoes I normally wear and the shoes I was recommended due to my foot scan. I just want to say thank you because my running shoes feel like clouds and I feel happy to be exercising in them
I kind of felt like my thoughts and what I wanted was overlooked. The lady seemed more focused on what the app was telling her to sell than on what I actually wanted. When I told her that I didn't like pink she responded that the color didn't matter. She said that there weren't any other colors. I found out later there were so I'm not sure why she said that. When I told her that my heel was slipping out of the shoe she said that was fine with no explanation. She made a big deal about one of my feet being slightly larger than the other but then brushed it off when I had follow up questions. She seemed kind of irritated that I didn't just take the first thing she handed me and even complained about whoever she had helped before me so maybe she was just having a bad day. I came back a few days later to return the shoes I had felt bullied into buying and the gentleman at the counter offered to order me a different color and let me try a different shoe. He's the only reason I didn't go elsewhere to buy shoes so please thank him.
I’ve already suggested my husband go... he often has foot issues when we travel. Mikey was happy to spend all the time I needed to find appropriate shoes for me. He asked pertinent questions about my needs and activities, watched me walk, and was helpful in making suggestions.
I appreciate the 3D foot image and description.
