Disappointed in the level of personalization with shoe fitting. On the advice of my personal trainer I went in to be fit for cross trainers. The scanner was used to determine size but that was all. When I asked about the shoes selected for me to try, I was told that they were chosen because that was what they “had in stock” for cross trainers. She said there were only personalized options for running shoes.
Maybe I expected too much since this was my first experience with a fitting but I could have gotten what was “in stock” at any store.
If your store only personalizes shoes for runners, that needs to be clear before people waste time in line for a fitting. My trainer will not be sending others in for this service since there seems to be no point in having a fitting done for cross trainers.
No hate for your store, just disappointment in the personal service expected and provided.
A shoe which will fit my needs (68 y/o). Not a jogger, but need a shoe which has arch support and provides comfort standing /walking on concrete
You have shoes which fit my needs and a trained staff to provide excellent advice
I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet. I felt well taken care of. I was not rushed or pressured to make a purchase. The sales associate Kyasia listened and made some great recommendations for my activity level. She did a complete scan of my feet to make sure I had the right product for my needs. I have never had a sales person spend almost an hour getting to know me and my fitness goals. It was a very good experience in this age of anonymous purchasing on the internet. I highly recommend everyone experience the top quality of service at Fleet Feet.
