Alisha was our sales associate and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all of your products. She was able to help my husband and I find the right running shoes and other accessories. She kept asking us questions about each shoe we tried and continued to find us different ones to try. She was great and we will be back for our next pair of shoes.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They love the sport of running and their enthusiasm shows and spreads. I have always had a great experience and I have bought many shoes and products from them. If I have need to return or exchange something, it never is a problem.

First the owners are great. They know me by name. They ask about my health and my running. This shows they care. Second the staff is knowledgeable, especially about shoes. I bought two pair of shows last Sunday. Each has a different lift and different amount of cushion for running. I asked which is better for long runs. The answer is run in both and you will know what is best for you. Excellent answer. I really enjoy the group runs on Tuesday and Saturday. Finally, I have recommended Fleet Feet to others and will continue to do so.

I came in this past weekend looking for a shoe that I can do 5 k's again in. Its been several years since my last and I want to get back in it again. I went into the store in West Lafayette and Emily came up to me immediately. She asked me what kind of activities i was going to be doing and we got started right away. She measured me and watched me run and explained to me which type of shoe would be best. After 5 or 6 different pairs we found the one. Emily was super professional and really knew what she was talking about. I won't return to a big box store again for running shoes. The customer experience was personal and very professional. I could tell everyone in there were very knowledgeable. I can't wait to return for my next pair.

I love the time that the sales associate took with my son. Her attention to detail and dedication to getting my son the RIGHT shoe very much impressed me. I love the scan of his foot and the details about his running form. I am not just his mom, but his track and cross country coach, as well. That information is priceless to me.
