I like the hours that the Y has...it is available for people who work full time or part time or who are retired. I also am impressed by the services it provides for those who are disabled. Personally, I like that I can walk the track any time or day I want. And I enjoy the aquatic center from the therapy pool to the family pool for my grandkids.

Beautiful facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. Love the warm water therapy pool. It has kept my husband from back surgery just by walking the pool for an hour 3 times a week. All the members at the pool are very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. We get a physical and social uplift every time.
