All check-in staff, and Vanessa H who cuts my hair. All the best people, nicest, most welcoming, friendly, and professional. Really I love going to Floyd's. The place is always clean and comfortable. I've never had to wait long and in the few times my stylist has an emergency or cannot be there, I get a call/text heads-up, hours prior. Really a very cool, organized place.
