Julie is the best hair designer I have encountered since moving to Boulder! She sat me in her chair, I showed her hair design styles on my phone, and she says, “I gotcha.” In 30 minutes I had the most delicious hairstyle at a very reasonable cost. I will continue to be a regular customer as long as Julie is at this location🤩
