Dan was my barber in Farmington Hills and when that store shut down I was really sad about it. I found out he moved to Birmingham and was excited to go back. The trim was worth the trip! Great experience every time

I like my stylest Amanda. I like that you are open on Sundays, I like that I can make an appointment online. I don’t like driving all the way to Birmingham because you closed the Farmington hills location.

Katie gave me an outstand hair cut experience. she followed in the same tradition as Sandra F did in always giving me an outstanding hair cut experience. I love the Floyds great customer service and its atmosphere, all the employees are very friendly courteous, and helpful. i had a chance 2 weeks to tell one of the managers how happy i was with my hair cut was from her newest employee Katie and how i would love to do a commercial for Floyds and tell every one where they could get the greatest haircut and hair styling experience ever. why because i am a actual and real customer not just a paid actor. my name is Dennis Jackso and i am a 80 year old retired senior citizen. thank you. I look forward to seeing one of you in Floyds one day.

My son Luke and i absolutely love Olivia. She is always kind to him. She listens to him when he tells her how he would like his hair cut and she’s personable. He has tried many other stylists around town when we moved to the area a few years ago, and found Olivia yo be his absolute favorite.
