I had great service. Danielle was prompt, asked questions about how I preferred to have my hair styled, and any special requests. She gave me some valuable tips on hair care, including info on Floyd’s products. And she was very personable, making me feel right at home in the shop.

Everyone at Floyds in Birmingham is so nice and welcoming and so cool. They do such an amazing job on my hair the style that I have is very weird and kind of complicated to a more mainstream style. And Floyd is the only place I can go to where they do it correctly. Great conversations lots of laughs. Just an all-around great vibe.

It was super nice! I haven’t been to Floyd’s in a while and this was a super great return. I forgot what it was like to get a haircut and not need to fix it right after, or wait a few weeks to like my cut. It’s just GREAT right away. My stylist was awesome too, she knew exactly what I wanted from my rough description and took into account how it would grow out and how I style it. All amazing.
