(1) Booking an appointment was an easy process. I did it online using your website. But I also called to confirm because it was my first time having my kid's haircut done at your place. (2) Although there was a delay for our scheduled appointment, I did get text messages to update me on the time. So it really didn't create much of an inconvenience for me. I could still do my normal stuff and house chores at home while waiting. (3) My kid liked his haircut result. Kenny (the hair stylest) was very friendly and approachable. The whole experience was nice.

I had a great experience at Floyd's Barber. The service was top-notch—everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My barber was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cut. You can really tell they care about their clients here. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional, and the staff go out of their way to make sure you leave happy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good haircut even for women.
