This was my first visit back to Floyd's in a very long time. I had an appointment on a Sunday with a young lady named Suzie G. and am l so very glad l chose her. From the first greeting with a welcoming smile from her, l knew l made the right choice. As l sat down, she asked me if l had any pictures or what type of haircut l wanted. As l told her l wanted a very specific hairstyle, she really took the time to examine the pictures several times, asked me how l wanted each portion ( I have long hair,) and made some great recommendations along the way. Suzie was extremely personable, kind, professional and very accommodating. She totally nailed the hairstyle l wanted and exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier and have finally found a stylist that really listens to what l wanted. She now has a customer for life. Thank you, Susie!

It's very casual, and the quality of the service is fantastic. Consistent, fast, and a great price. And the vibe is lowkey, which is nice when someone is holding scissors only inches from your neck. But I digress. Highly recommended to friends and family.

I have a lot of hair that grows straight out and fast, it can very difficult to find someone to cut my hair. Dolores is the best. The moment she told me my hair reminds her of her sons I knew I was in AMAZING hands Whether we're conversating or sitting in silence, she has a great work ethic and I always feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you!
