Loyal long term customer. It’s the vibe and the people that keep me coming back. Pro tip, market your products 10-15% lower than retail and you’ll sell to every customer. I wish I could buy from my store but the pricing is better elsewhere.

It is effortless to schedule a haircut. I’ve had mostly great experiences with one not so positive but the manager attended to my concern. I would like to know of any discounts on products and I would also purchase.

The hair stylist Ninveh was great and so kind to my child and I. She did a terrific job cutting and styling my sons hair, made him feel so comfortable and confident with his haircut. Simply best stylist we have had and will be returning to Floyd’s just for her.

I love that when someone doesn’t know or feel comfortable doing a certain style they effectively communicate and find someone else that can help you out. I always feel comfortable with who is helping me and leave feeling great!

The people are super friendly. The receptionist (sorry, don't know her name) always greets me by name and is smiling. Tina, the stylist who cuts my hair is awesome. Not only do I get a great cut, but we have wonderful conversations about pretty much anything. It all makes me look forward to going to Floyd's.

Both the barber and stylist who served my 3 children did so with explaining the process and health of my daughters hair. My daughter hardly feels comfortable with any one but Susie cutting her hair. My two boys appreciate their cuts with Vanessa. Her skill with dealing with a toddler are top tier. I am happy to have my whole family serviced at Floyd's
