I feel like I’m amongst my people. I used to go to this place where the customers I sat amongst were at least 30 years my senior. The ladies cutting hair, at the other place, although nice would leave my hair longer than I liked.

We had two scheduled appointments an hour apart. We arrived early for our first appointment and expected to wait a bit, but we were thrilled they were able to get us started right away and move up the appointment for my second child to the same time. The Store Leader Kiana was excellent with my first child - the haircut was just what we wanted. She was also proactively very attentive with my second child who she noticed was likely not happy with their haircut by another (also wonderful) stylist but not willing to share their feedback for fear of hurting the stylist’s feelings. She personally offered to adjust the cut and it came out just right. We really appreciate this store’s ability to closely follow appointment times and, more importantly, their genuine concern for their clients’ happiness with their haircuts. We highly recommend!

My son, age 5, has been coming to Floyd’s for years. Every person we’ve met with has been kind, patient and actively listened ensure everyone would be happy with the results. Most recently, we went to Deo who did a fantastic job. This haircut is hands down my favorite and I’ll be asking for him specifically when we come back.

Since Laura left which was sad. I was unfamiliar with anyone else as it seems there was quite a few hairstylist that also left. But anyway, I selected Deo. He was very fast and efficient and did a great job.
