I’d like to say that John is great. We’ve been to him multiple times. However, John wasn’t available yesterday. I specifically requested someone that does well with autistic children and was given to Trinity. I did not care for her at all. In fact, we almost left twice before even starting. She was rude and acted like we were a big inconvenience.

The people make the place. It starts with Jenn and her team around her. They are constantly in a good mood and willing to talk positively around each other. I was with a hair stylist, with his own rented space in Ahwatukee for more than 15 years, until he decided to relocate. I searched everywhere and found good reviews on different social platforms for the shop located at the Loop 101 and Ray Rd in Chandler, Arizona. I decided to go with Jenn based on the website's information about her and I could not be more satisfied with haircuts and overall service.
