Kia is amazing. We followed her from another location when she moved to the cinema point one the first time in a very long time that my kids have trusted anyone to cut their hair. She does the hair for an entire family of five.

I've been coming to Floyd's for many years but this last visit was not great. My hair stylist Ariel was too busy telling my all about her dating history to really listen to what I wanted. The cut wasn't layered at all and I did not get a shampoo/conditioner treatment that was requested just the deep conditioner treatment so my hair was really greasy looking after. I do have curly hair and I asked for her to just diffuse it and I'm not sure if she's ever done that because my hair was flat with no curling product added.. not very happy about the service

Just wanted to say I really appreciate you all at Floyd’s. Everyone I’ve met there has been super friendly and easy to talk to, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every conversation during my cuts. I’ve only used haircut services so far, but I’ve been happy every single time, which is why I keep coming back.
