The entire staff is friendly, the people that check me in always recognize me and say I’m checked in without me having to say my name, the music is very diverse and fun, my stylist William is absolutely amazing!!!! He always greets me by name, we hug, then he makes me look fabulous while we are also engaged in conversation and laughter. I always look forward to my visit to Floyd’s 99

Kerry is amazing, friendly, always ask me if I need a hot towel and gives me a shoulder massage. The shampoo smells amazing and for that 25 minutes I definitely feel pampered.

I have been coming in for the last two years and the staff is always fun and engaging. My stylist, Pixie, is great as even after two or three months between cuts she remembers me. The styling and quality of cuts beats any other hair salon that I have been to. I can be proud of my appearance rather than trying to hide my hair.

Pixie is very friendly and we love coming to see her. The store is so friendly everybody seems like they're having a good time haven't used any products so I can't answer that, you have a wide range of services that are great
