Tammy is amazing! I've had many cuts at Floyd's, she has been my favorite and the only one who understood what I was asking for. I was going to schedule her a few cuts ago but had to go with someone else who destroyed my hair. Floyd's took care of fixing it for me and I was ecstatic that Tammy happened to be the one who was assigned to fix it, on a day that was normally her day off! I clearly got lucky and don't think I'll ever book with any one else if I can help it. I drove from Longmont to Denver before work for my most recent cut to make sure it would be her. We happen to share the same regular days off so it was my only choice if I wanted her to take care of me. Take good care of her! She is one of the best!
Tammy is an absolutely amazing stylist. She's the only reason why I come back to this Floyd's. If it weren't for her, I'd never come back to this location because of the other employees that work there.
I have a strong fear of dogs and your employees had two dogs at the salon when I went there on Sunday. They were unleashed, non-service animals that wandered freely on the floor. I know a service animal when I see one and the dog that approached me almost got kicked in the jaw with a steel toe boot. I cannot stop my internal fight or flight when I'm around dogs. The dog snuck up on me so well that I was almost unable to control my actions. If you check the cameras, you'll notice I jerked my leg in the dogs direction before I took a step away.
I do not go to parks and complain about children playing. I don't go into a groomer's and complain about dogs. I don't visit vegan restaurants and complain about lack of animal products. I don't even complain about squalling children having meltdowns in a grocery store.
However, in a place that's expected to have only humans, I think it's awful that you guys let your employees bring dogs into the salon.
Moving forward, I will have to call the day of my appointments to verify if there is a dog in the building. I expect to be excluded from cancellation policy's rigors if there is a dog on premises. I do not consent to be around dogs when I'm in a place that is usually dog-free.
Personally, I would like a partial or total refund for my services on Sunday because there were dirty animals on the premises, but that's not likely to happen.
I'm going to post this on google as well.
Thanks.
