Your staff is friendly and accommodating. Two of my sons and my husband are clients. They've been very happy with the service they've been given. One of my Sons is a young adult on the Autism spectrum and he's been going to Floyd's for years. The stylists are always patient and helpful with him. He can be a bit sensitive to touch and sensory issues. A lot of my friends have a hard time finding compassionate hair stylists for their kids but we've always had a good experience because they are aware of his behavior and take their time.

Some of the most polite people I've ever been around who have cut my hair in my entire life. Very classy and professional staff. The facility is always clean and polite staff. Staff greet you with a pleasant hello every time. I've never had to wait for a minute or two for my appointment. And it is the best haircut I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else other than this Floyd's!!!! The entire staff is top shelf. A well run machine for sure.
