Stylist was nice, however, rushed my hair cut. I came in with my hair up; when I went to take it down, I was told to keep it up. When asked what we were doing I said I wanted my undercut taken to a 0 with the trimmer. I also explained multiple times I had side pieces that needed to be separated that were currently up and blocking part of the area I wanted shaved down. Even though I explained this, th side pieces were never separated. My hair was put back up before showing my cut so I couldn't see the area I was concerned about until I got home. I'm disappointed in my last experience. I intend to go back and pay to have my hair touched up by Irma. I previously had a cut by her and was pleased with it and my experience. She just wasn't available when I tried to book online. Next time I'll wait for her!
