Jenni's scissor skills and attention to detail are exceptional. I found Jenni a couple of years back. I moved to North of Baltimore. I did not find a Jenni at the Lutherville Floyds. After a year I drive down to Crofton when needed now. She is worth the trip.

Tammy was very thorough, communicative, polite, and gave me the best customer service and attention, all while running the shop and handling other customers and they walked in. She was absolutely fantastic. She also suggested several products that would help my dry scalp.

I visited Floyd's 99 in Crofton/Gambrills, MD. I was pleased to find that the stylists "Tammi" was able to help me and did a good job in alleviating my issue. I was traveling to Annapolis because Crofton/Gambrills had said they did not have a "color-stylist" at the shop. Tammi quickly took my call and said she could help me. She checked my past services and designed a program for my continuing use, so that I can continue coming to the shop. She was calm, courteous, and very professional. I could tell she had years experience in customer service by her professionalism and calm demeanor which alleviated my anxiety.
