Was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes My son received a great haircut. Also I accidentally dropped an important piece of paper and they immediately reached out to me and called me to let me know that they had it and their possession and then I could come get it. Amazing customer service and great hair stylist. Highly recommend Floyd's 99

The entire location team is nice, but my interactions are predominantly with Helen (barber). I have canceled work meetings to make sure I can get on her schedule. I have never felt in better hands for my hair and beard.

I stopped going to Floyds for a few years and then had to get a haircut real quick and so I booked an appointment at the DTC location and ended up with Lynn. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she always does the best job and provides amazing service and does everything with that Floyds touch the staff that location are always friendly and welcoming and made one back my business.
