This last visit was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Floyds. The woman who cut my hair was very attentive, amazingly fast, and finished with an unusual and extremely relaxing facial and temple massage that I didn’t know was part of the service. I hope she stays around at the Evanston location for a while. I’d come in more frequently just for that massage.

Very considerate and friendly staff. Luci was amazing! Very kinda and nice. I told them about my sensitive head and they asked me to tell them if they ever pulled to hard or hurt me but they were super gentle. I never needed to speak up. They were able to ask me leading questions to get a hairstyle I love. I know I'm probably not the easiest to work with do to my sensitivities and indecision. But they were up for the challenge. Thank you Luci!

I’ve been coming to Floyd’s for the last two years and really have no complaints. I’ve already recommended it to some friends, and everyone has been very happy with the service that they Received. Especially, I’d like to thank Sandra for the amazing service that she provides every time that I come to the Evanston location! Not only her but everyone at the shop is really friendly and very welcoming every time.
