Very considerate and friendly staff. Luci was amazing! Very kinda and nice. I told them about my sensitive head and they asked me to tell them if they ever pulled to hard or hurt me but they were super gentle. I never needed to speak up. They were able to ask me leading questions to get a hairstyle I love. I know I'm probably not the easiest to work with do to my sensitivities and indecision. But they were up for the challenge. Thank you Luci!

I’ve been coming to Floyd’s for the last two years and really have no complaints. I’ve already recommended it to some friends, and everyone has been very happy with the service that they Received. Especially, I’d like to thank Sandra for the amazing service that she provides every time that I come to the Evanston location! Not only her but everyone at the shop is really friendly and very welcoming every time.

The people make the salon, the energy/vibe is upbeat and fun ! The products are top shelf and you offer all the best and newest services ! Daniel is my stylist and he is great at his craft… very talented! I don’t have the best hair and he makes it look great somehow and me feeling like a rockstar, so much so I always get compliments about hair/look !

Luci is great! They do such a nice job with my son’s hair, and Luci is so patient with him and his occasional shyness. They listen to him and talk him through the process so he gets the cut and look he wants.
