Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great energy in the salon overall. Hannah was knowledgable, professional, and did an excellent job communicating to my pre-teen daughter (who had VERY specific ideas about what she wanted) about the care involved for her cut so my kid could make an informed decision, and then proceeded to give her a fantastic cut and style - she was very happy! My son is an adult and autistic and Hannah did a great job recommending products to both of us to help with his scalp health, and never once talked down to him or left him out of the conversation- which is sadly something he has experienced before (elsewhere). I recommended Hannah and Floyd’s to my husband based on this visit. Thank you.
