I'm a nonbinary individual who has had difficulty in the past with getting gender-affirming haircuts that also conformed to my aesthetic. The stylist who worked with me was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start, and also actually listened to what I wanted, which wasn't really an experience I've had at other places.

The staff were all very friendly. I was instantly able to make conversation when I got into my chair, which made me comfortable. Jay was very careful and asked if she could put product in my hair to make sure she wasn’t yanking on it, very considerate of her. Will absolutely be coming back.
