I always enjoy my experience at Floyd’s, but until recently I used to see whichever stylist was available when I needed my hair cut. I have always had good experiences. However, after a few times getting my hair cut by Trista B, I will always try to see her (even if it means waiting a while). She has always given me extremely high quality haircuts that improve my self-esteem. She is also incredibly chill and good-natured while remaining friendly and professional. Sometimes, having my hair cut can be anxiety-inducing, but I never have to worry with Trista. When I found out that she was the manager for both stores in FoCo, I wasn’t surprised: she is very skilled at her profession, and the high quality of the stores she manages shows that she is doing an excellent job running both stores.

I love Jenna at the W Elizabeth location in Fort Collins! She’s super easy to talk to, and that’s super important to me because I have autism and sometimes don’t communicate things succinctly. She is willing to spend time talking to me in order to make sure she understands 100% what I want. I have scalp psoriasis and she’s always super gentle and checks in with me. Overall 10/10!

I love coming to Floyd’s because I know I can trust their team with recommendations and advice on my hairstyle. Kasey cut my hair last time and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. 10/10.
