I called the shop after making my appointment online to make sure they could provide the service I needed. The receptionist was pleasant, listened to my questions and made sure I was assigned to a barber who could accommodate my requests. Tre, my assigned barber, was prompt and ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and paid careful attention as I described what I wanted. He asked questions and made sure I was comfortable. He performed the service professionally and greatly exceeded my expectations. Tre did an outstanding job and I could not be happier. I will definitely return to the salon to keep my new cut looking amazing!
