Kelly was Amazing and Friendly! I've been to another floyds and was treated very disrespectfully and rushed out the door when I came in to inquire about potential time slot. I believe this one was off university by the mall and the other was the Broadway location near downtown Denver. So I wasn't expecting anything sub par with my visit in Highlands ranch off Quebec. But Kelly obliterated that with her friendly personality, her ability to listen and also offer suggestions. I was glad I trusted her judgement because the haircut was on point and left me feeling like floyds redeemed themselves, after so many dissappointments at other places, and at floyds before. I can say I will be back strictly because of her and her attitude. You lose her you lose a gem. Thanks

Alex was the professional who cut my five year old's hair. She was gentle, patient, and kind. She was very focused and ensured everything was blended. My youngster asked for a lightening bolt, and Alex obliged. As we were leaving, he told Alex it looked like mountains not a bolt. Alex was so gracious and realized he needed a different angle to see it properly. She got out a hand mirror, put him back in the chair, and moved him until he saw the bolt. He left a very happy little boy and asked that I take a picture of "how handsome he looked." Thank you, Alex!
