My stylist was awesome. Your receptionist needs to have some training. I am a sick man and have a very low volume voice. While checking in she got frustrated and did not want to try harder to listen. She had zero empathy and she couldn't find my reservation. After getting angry she said all I could do is wait for a walk-in in app. She said 1:30 but there was no guarantee while waiting. I looked it up again on the website and found that there was an opening for a 120 appointment for a couple different hours. I had my wife go up since she had a hard time understanding me. They finally called me to a different stylist than the one I had an appointment with. It was at 1:40 that I was called to the chair. My stylist as I said at the beginning was awesome. Love the energy and I also have 3 boys I take there, almost every time when we go somewhere new, their hair turns out terrible. NOT at Floyd’s we switch to different people all the time and have NEVER had a bad haircut yet. I also get my hair done as well. Love the color!
