I was very disappointed with my cut. It was not cut proportionally on each side. I live in Houston but prefer to cut my hair at Floyd’s in Austin every time I visit. This time, when I returned home, I tried to trim the long side myself - which I did. I would not recommend the person that cut my hair but would still recommend Lamar.

I love the customer service at this location. I felt like my stylist listened to me and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you, Carla! The gentleman that scheduled me over the phone was also very courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience. I feel this way every time I leave this location.

The location is very convenient for me and the staff is always accommodating, even if I’m running late., the stylist have always been friendly and welcoming, which creates a good energy. Lastly, at a time where goods and services have increased dramatically i still feel feel like i get my moneys worth, i definately will continue using Floyds.

My sons hated going to the typical chain salons and wanted to find a barber who would cut their [LAST NAME REMOVED] in a way they liked—so we tried Floyd’s. Safe to say my boys have found a new place for their haircuts because they had such a great experience. They love their new cuts! Thank you for being a wonderful place with excellent service, skill, and expertise! We look forward to the next time the boys need a cut!
