Tessa is great. She listens to my kids (11& 13) and makes them feel like they are heard. It’s difficult having teen/ pre-teens and getting their hair the way they want. She is great. The check-in staff is always helpful and friendly as well. I never leave their feeling like we are rushed or not important.

Very polite and my son was very happy with his haircut he said that he hasn’t had a haircut like this before and made him feel very happy 😊 he told me next time I schedule a haircut to schedule it with the same guy very professional 😊

Nicole took time and listened to me, she kept me informed on what she was going to do and made sure I was on board. I was not rushed and felt like a real customer. It was my first time going to this Floyd’s, I went in hoping I would find a spot to go back to, and I did.
