The products available are great you can get those a lot of other places. It’s the people and the service that are top notch and set Floyd’s on Market apart and above what I’ve experienced in the past. It’s a friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in. The person at the desk sets a great tone for the experience, the music is really good but not intrusive in any way, and the barbers and stylists have been nothing but professional and amiable. Although I have used one preferred stylist, Karamia, who is out of this world at her job, I’ve also used other barbers and stylists at the Market Street location and have never been disappointed. After trying several other places within walking distance, I can confidently say that Floyd’s beats them all.
