Claudio was excellent. He listened to my issues with my hair and how I’ve not received good cuts from other hairdressers (not at Floyd’s). He clearly explained what he recommended and now I love my hair. He knew exact what to do with my wavy, curly hair.

Its was a great first experience from the minute i walked in the door! Reception was a vibe! Everyone in there seemed really cool. I like the whole look of the shop too! The wait wasn’t bad either. 10’s all across the board!

I absolutely love Annie. She is amazing and can always brighten my day when I’m feeling down and make me feel completely refreshed with a new look the shampoo and conditioner that she uses are amazing and the hot towel is fantastic.
