Yolanda was phenomenal. She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, listened to what I have planned for it, even gave me advice on what to do and how we’re gonna get it to my desired style. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about my first experience. I’ll be going to Yolanda as long as she’ll be there!

We love Yolanda at Richmond rd. My 13 yo grandson doesn’t want anyone but her to cut his hair. He also used a product that Uolanda recommended to us. It makes his hair look so shiny and healthy

Rachel is amazing! She listens to my preteen and provides outstanding service and by far the best haircut he's had. We are incredibly happy and would highly recommend her and Floyd's to anyone.

Lance is the master at customer service. A few hiccups could have been upsetting but Lance was right there to smooth things over. I'm seeing him tomorrow for a bit of a fix but I'm fully confident I'll love it when I leave. 10/10

Long is by far the best barber I've had in years. He listens at what I want and then provides it. He's not in a hurry and takes the time to provide the perfect haircut every time.
