Lance is the master at customer service. A few hiccups could have been upsetting but Lance was right there to smooth things over. I'm seeing him tomorrow for a bit of a fix but I'm fully confident I'll love it when I leave. 10/10

They were very understanding to the technologically challenged mom trying to make appointment for son..son was Very very happy with his cut!! We will definitely be back. Kim was awesome!!!

Long is by far the best barber I've had in years. He listens at what I want and then provides it. He's not in a hurry and takes the time to provide the perfect haircut every time.

Kimberly!!! I have tried Floyd’s once before and was not very happy but I accidentally booked the wrong place this time and so happy I did! Kimberly is awesome and listened to what my teenage son wanted and was very understanding that it was important to him!

Everyone was super nice. My son’s hair is somewhat unique, they did a wonderful job correcting his super fly aways that he has issues with. They also found an alternative product that works when the one I wanted was sold out for daughter
