I had a really good experience at Floyd’s. I was kinda nervous going in since it was my first time getting my hair dyed, but Alex made it super easy and comfortable. She talked me through everything and made sure I was good the whole time. Honestly, the results came out way better than I expected. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments since, which says a lot. Definitely glad I trusted her with it. I highly recommend Alex if you’re thinking about trying something new with your hair

The people! 100% make it a good experience. The desk staff and barbers are always friendly and helpful. I get great service and really appreciate the extra effort. I also like the convenience of the location and the prices are super reasonable. Very good value.

Alex is an absolute asset to your company. She is a natural leader, and her skillset is 2nd to none. If it were not for Alex, I wouldn’t even know about your establishment. As a salesman and facilitator myself, I can tell you that she is the definition of an entrepreneur. She found me out in the wild, and while making small talk, Alex was able to convince me to give Floyd’s and her all of my business. Alex if you’re reading this, thank you for everything! I look great, and I feel even better. It’s all thanks to your talent, the fact you actually care about your clients and you’re not afraid to tell them the truth about a look they request.
