Warm and welcoming environment. Experienced people who work with you achieve a great look that looks good now and even up to 8 weeks from now. Very courteous and kind; who listen and respond with knowledge of their craft. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Special shout out to Taylor - she took amazing care of me and I will 100% be returning for future cuts.

This is my first experience with Taylor at the Rotunda location. The entire visit was exceptional. I came in uncertain of what I wanted ; however, I left being quite pleased with what I received as a result. Taylor has an incredibly high level of patience which allowed me to feel comfortable as we troubleshot the possibilities. Her high level of expertise both of the hair products industry and of the multi facets to hairstyling enhanced the professional service received. And lastly, Taylor was pleasant the entire time. Thank you for everything Taylor.

I booked services for my mom and myself. My mom worked with Rockell and she was very happy with her cut and the experience. I’m sorry I don’t have more to share but she said Rockell was great. I worked with Destiny and I had an amazing experience. Destiny took the time to understand what I was looking to do with my hair, gave me honest feedback about the options I brought, and gave me the time to make adjustments during the cut. I’m very pleased with how everything went and my hair looks great. I often feel rushed during haircuts, even at other Floyd’s locations, but Destiny made me feel comfortable and like my input mattered. This is not my usual Floyd’s location, but I’ll happily go out of my way to come back to here again.
