Nicole, is an excellent stylist who always makes sure my cut is exactly want I want. She does a great job of asking me throughout the haircut if there’s any adjustments needed. She’s very consistent, very time I walk away feeling like I look great. She also shows off the products and has sold me on a couple I really enjoy. I’ll keep coming back.

Both hairstylist that I have had, Lolo and Drake, have been great! Very professional, very personable and very efficient. Individuals working at the front desk are always very friendly, kind, and welcoming when I arrive and depart. When one of my appointments was scheduled for the first thing in the morning and the person who was opening was stuck in traffic due to an accident, I received a text and a voicemail alerting me to the situation. Amazing! Talk about outstanding and personalized customer service. In a time when customer service, true customer service, has become unfortunately very rare, this shop exudes a positive customer service vibe.

Everyone is always so inviting and kind, Nicole gave me a great haircut and beard trim. I actually got a lot of compliments on my hair which is new for me! 11/10 would recommend her to anyone wanting to just trust someone to make sure they look good.
