We've been coming to Kendra for 5+ years now and she is wonderful. She has been cutting my son's hair since he was in elementary school and now he's in highschool. She is a very sweet woman, and does an excellent job with both our haircuts. Kendra is always friendly, professional, asks the right questions and provides solid advice when we have our own questions. She is also great about product recommendations and isn't pushy on the subject. The rest of the crew working the shop is also very friendly and they provide a welcoming environment.

Colby is knowledgable, works with his clients and fun to chat with. He’s had me try a few different products and helped me purchase some Refresh. I love Refresh leave in conditioner. Makes my hair feel great, works to style too. Staff is always friendly, place is clean—I’ve been going to that Floyd’s for about 7 years now or so.
