Josh S did me so right. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my cut. I could tell he was incredibly locked in and detail oriented as he tamed my messy long hair into a nice clean short cut. I highly recommend Josh.

I was visiting Chicago for a show and wanted a freshly groomed look before arriving at the theatre. the Southloop shop was neat and orderly, and had a very welcoming and fun vibe. the front desk staff were friendly and quick to acknowledge my arrival, get me checked in for my scheduled appointment, and politely allowed me to step outside for a phone call before my appointment time. Kip, my barber, was so warm and friendly, extremely helpful and polite in collaborating on adjusting plans for my head shave and beard trim, such a great conversationalist, and absolutely pampered me. if Floyd's ever opens a shop in northeast Wisconsin, I would pay top dollar for Kip to be there.

Shakira did a very good cut on my hair, making it look neat and professional. The wait time was 15 minutes, but she was still attending to a previous customer and got to me promptly after that. The tea tree lavender leave in conditioner helps my hair retain its body even the next day.
