I've been with Floyd's since the first shop on Broadway, so almost 30 years across 3 states including AZ, CA and here. I've only had 3 bad haircuts in that time, so that speaks highly of your barbers/stylists, but your pricing is reaching kookoo levels. Do you really need to make your grooming products appear like the competitors products in size but give less and charge the same? Does a haircut need to be $36 for a loyal customer? I think you must have taken on investors that demand ridiculous profit when you could start offering back some things to your clients. I'm sure you can see who I normally book with for either myself or my family. It's time to lower prices, your stores aren't busy enough.
Chris is amazing with curly hair. She asked what I wanted and really looked at my hair to make sure that it would work with my kind of curly hair. I’m very very pleased with my haircut.
