Overall this was a very customer friendly environment. Josh did an amazing job on my cut. He was very informative and made recommendations which show he is very design oriented and tasks his craft serious.

Shakira is VERY knowledgable about hair. Shakira walked me through the state of my hair and really listened to what I wanted out of the cut. Shakira would have received a 10 if the detangler spray was used before picking my hair out. Great experience! Thank you.
