I appreciate the solid service at reasonable prices. It is helpful to know that I can go to any stylist and get the cut I need. Although my stylist on Sunday knocked it out of the park!!

The prices are fair, the environment is right, and I’ve been pleased with the service. Not sure why you get rid of the shoulder massage, it would be great to get that back!! It was a nice touch. (Pun intended!)

Mario is amazing!!! I could not find a good hairstylist for the past five years. The first time Mario cut my hair I was so happy. He did an amazing job and I will keep coming back as long as he works there. He is an expert at his craft and listens to you and gets the perfect haircut every time.

Jen W in Studio City is great. She listens to the cut I want and does exactly what I asked for. She has a pleasant personality. She is also very efficient, getting my cut done quickly and yet providing the included Floyd’s Cut perks like neck shave and massage (which is sometimes overlooked by other stylists). She’s also good at reminding me about products I may want or need.
