I can’t always get phone app to work but when I call shop directly they accommodate me with an appointment time. I called and they didn’t have any openings but said they would call me if someone canceled. Sometime later they called back and said they did have a cancellation and I was within the area and was able to respond in about 10 minutes and get my haircut.
