I am giving a 10 rating because I’ve been going to this location for years and have always had a good experience but this most recent appointment my son and I sat with a new person and are really unhappy with the haircuts. They’re not at all what we described and by the time I noticed what was happening she had already cut the hair off and it was too late to say anything. She seems like a nice lady, but really missed the mark on these haircuts.
